Ingredients: 100г almond flour 70g sugar 2 eggs whites
Ingredients:

2 eggs whites
Whip the egg whites. Gradually add the sugar and continue whisking until you’ll get a thick foam. Add almond meal and whisk again.
Place baking paper on a baking sheet and lay out the dough in small portions using a pastry bag, a syringe or a spoon.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 150 C.
For a given amount of flour I have 15 cookies. The cookies are very tasty and soft, I can hardly stop eating them 🙂 Almond flour is not the cheapest pleasure but you can make it yourself – just grind almonds with a blender.
