Funchoza with vegetables

Ingredients

1/2 pack of noodles “Funchoza” from green beans (I use Sen Soy)

1 red sweet pepper

1 carrot medium size

2 tbsp vegetable oil

4 tbsp gluten free soy sauce (I use Kikkoman Tamaris)

Curry

Salt

Put the noodles in cool water for 30-40 minutes.

Take out and dry a bit.

Grate carrots on a grater and  cut sweet pepper into small pieces.

Pour the oil into a pan and slightly fry the spices (10-20 seconds). Add to the pan all vegetables and fry them until they become golden brown.

Add noodles and soy sauce, mix everything carefully and then leave it under the cover on a small fire.

I never really liked pasta, but this pasta is really awesome! Very tasty dish, which is cooked easily.
