200 ml of milk (I use soy milk powder, but you can use any)
100 gr. of sugar
1 egg
300 gr. of gluten free flour Bread Mix by Schar (you can use also Schar Universal Mix but correct the quantity to adjust, adding the flour by small portions)
1 tsp of dry yeast
35 gr. of butter
a pinch of salt
Dissolve the yeast in warm water with 1 tablespoon of sugar and wait for a while so that the yeast has increased two times. Melt the butter, add the milk, egg, yeast and salt. Gradually add flour and knead the dough so that it is not liquid, and elastic. Cover and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
After that, knead the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Sometimes I use brown sugar, it turns out very tasty and healthier than regular white sugar. And can generally be lubricated with honey, for greater good.
Roll up the dough into a roll and cut it into pieces with a width of 4 centimeters, I get 9 pieces. Then you should make a little incision of each piece and open it on 180 degrees (to the side).
Side pieces I reveal in the roses, because they get rough.
Spread on a baking sheet, wait for 20 minutes, then put in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
